Parties: Stonegye Agency, and the Client (referred to as “You” or “Client”)

1. Scope of Services

Stonegye Agency agrees to provide the services outlined in this agreement, which may include [web development, consulting, support, etc.].

2. Fees and Payment

Client agrees to pay fees as outlined in the invoice or proposal. Payments are due 30 of the invoice date.

3. Term and Termination

This agreement starts on the Effective Date and continues until completion or termination by either party with 30 notice.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the term of this agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all work created under this agreement shall be the intellectual property of Stonegye Agency until full payment is received.

6. Warranties and Liability

Services are provided "as-is." Stonegye Agency shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before resorting to legal action, governed by the law.
